What it's like to build with us.
We contracted Adrian and his team to build our kitchen extension. We were nothing but impressed with his attention to detail. The team turned up on time every day and the site was kept amazingly tidy throughout. Most importantly, the work was finished on time and on budget. We cannot recommend Adrian enough.
Adrian set out exactly what was to be done, with a timeline and payments for each phase. Always punctual, polite and approachable, and very tidy, cleaning up at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the standard of work and would not hesitate to recommend him.
Adrian has so much experience, nothing phases him. Our older property had access issues and tricky obstacles, but Adrian and his team took it all in their stride. They work to a very high standard. I believe him when he says he won't do any work he wouldn't be happy with on his own house. Book him if you can.
Berrystone extended our lounge into the garage. The work was completed in the time frame given and finished to a very high standard. Neighbours even commented on how tidy the builders were. Can’t praise them enough.

What actually drives the price.
Every home and every project is different, so there is no single price for an extension. These are the things that make the difference, so there are no surprises when we sit down together.
Size & structure
A single-storey rear extension and a two-storey side-return are very different jobs. The spans, the steel and the roof design all move the figure.
Groundworks & access
What's under the ground and how easily we can reach it. Awkward access, drains or foundations can add cost, so we find these at the drawing stage, not halfway through the build.
Specification & finish
A standard kitchen or bi-folds, a lantern roof and underfloor heating? The finish you choose is the biggest lever you control over the final price.
Planning & drawings
Whether it needs full planning or falls under permitted development, plus the detailed drawings and building-control sign-off we arrange and see through for you.
The only way to a real number is a proper look. Adrian comes out in person and gives you a clear, itemised fixed price, not a vague guess from a photo.
